Two decades of kitchens, food programs, and enterprise systems, plated as 18 shipped AI products.
Classically trained. Then a decade of service.
Le Cordon Bleu, then kitchens run by Michelin chefs and Master Sushi Chefs, then four years as Chef de Tournant at Hyatt: VUE in Beaver Creek, Cafe Japengo in San Diego. The rounds cook covers every station, so you learn every station.
Kaizen came from the sushi bar. Continuous improvement, learned by hand, never put down. Everything on this page still runs on it.

Executive Chef, Whole Foods Market.
Department General Manager for a store that ranked first in the Northern California region. Catering, kitchen, online fulfillment, seven food-service stations. Labor, budget, food cost, menus, food safety. The operational setup and opening of eight new stores. Outstanding Team Leader, 2013.
One food truck at Google.
Then twenty-five.
Off the Grid at Google and Nest. The largest corporate mobile food program anywhere, built from a single permitted truck. A new commissary, two hundred vendor partners, and the software that ran it.
Then the product that ran them.
Technical Product Manager for the whole program: point of sale, booking and scheduling, menus, signage. POS-Lite shipped to 125 daily services with near real-time consumption reporting.
Stand-in clip until generation: a slow dolly through a commissary at dawn, trucks lined up.

Every domain is a system to model, decompose, and ship against.

Then enterprise data security for large SaaS customers at global scale: backup and recovery, sandbox seeding, data masking, replication, OAuth and SSO onboarding, API consumption tuned across customer orgs. Support Agent of the Year, 2025.
The habit that built this portfolio, applied at work.
