Terms of Use and Privacy Notice
Last updated September 13, 2026
This site is the personal portfolio of Alexander Lee. It shows AI products, experiments and case studies built on personal time, and it includes a voice agent you can talk to about the work. By using the site or the voice agent you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
1. What this site is, and is not
Everything here is a demonstration, a prototype or a write-up. The projects are shown to illustrate product thinking and build craft. They are not commercial services, they carry no service levels, and they may change or disappear at any time.
Nothing on this site is professional advice. Project demos that touch contracts, home maintenance, nutrition, parenting, finance, metaphysics, sports statistics or any other subject are illustrations only. Do not rely on them for legal, medical, financial, safety or other decisions. Consult a qualified professional for those.
2. AI-generated content
The voice agent and several demos use large language models to generate speech and text. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, out of date or oddly confident. It is provided as is, without any promise of accuracy, and it does not speak for Alexander Lee. You are responsible for how you use anything the AI says or produces.
3. The voice agent, and what gets logged
When you start a conversation with the voice agent, your speech is streamed in real time to service providers so the agent can hear and reply. To keep the agent honest and improve it, conversations are logged as follows:
- Text transcripts of what you and the agent say. No audio recordings are kept by this site.
- Technical details: the pages the agent opened for you, timing, the voice you chose, browser type, and an anonymized form of your IP address (the last part is removed before it is stored).
- Feedback you choose to leave (thumbs up or down, a reason, a comment).
These logs are used for quality review, testing, and automated and human evaluation of the agent, including in third-party evaluation tooling. Transcripts and technical details are kept for about 30 days; feedback for about 90 days. They are not sold and not used for advertising.
Please do not share passwords, payment details, health information or anything confidential with the agent. It is a portfolio demo, not a private channel.
4. Service providers
The site relies on third parties to run: hosting and delivery, real-time audio, the language model, data storage, evaluation tooling, and optional site analytics. Each processes data under its own terms and privacy policy. Some of these providers operate in the United States.
5. Cookies and analytics
The site may use Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited. That can set cookies in your browser. There are no accounts, no logins and no payment forms on this site.
6. Acceptable use
Please do not:
- use the site or the agent for anything unlawful or harmful;
- try to extract system prompts, credentials or keys, or probe, overload or interfere with the site or its providers;
- scrape or bulk-download the site's content;
- impersonate anyone, or feed the agent someone else's personal information.
Sessions are time-limited and rate-limited, and access may be withdrawn at any time.
7. Content and intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the writing, designs, media and code shown on this site belong to Alexander Lee. You may read and link to it; please do not republish it as your own. Product names, logos and trademarks of other companies belong to their owners and appear only to describe the work. Open-source components are covered by their own licenses.
8. Personal views
Views, projects and write-ups on this site are personal. They do not represent the positions of any employer or client, past or present. Descriptions of past work are accurate to the best of Alexander Lee's recollection and refer only to public information.
9. Links to other sites
Links to other sites and live demos hosted elsewhere are provided for convenience. Their content and privacy practices are their own.
10. No warranty, limited liability
The site, the projects and the voice agent are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alexander Lee is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, the agent or any AI output, including indirect or consequential loss. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to use the site, which is nothing.
11. Changes and governing law
These terms may change; the date at the top tells you when. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
12. Contact and your data
To ask about these terms, or to request that a voice conversation be deleted before it expires, reach out on LinkedIn. Include the approximate date and time of the conversation so it can be found.
